4. Appointment Confirmation

5. Home Sample Collection
Where home sample collection is available:
- Patients must provide the correct collection address.
- A responsible person should be available at the scheduled time.
- Delays caused by incorrect address, unavailable patients, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
- Jyoti Diagnostic reserves the right to decline home collection services in locations outside its service area.
6. Payments

- Jyoti Diagnostic does not store sensitive payment details such as debit card numbers, credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
