Jyoti Diagnostic provides laboratory testing services at our diagnostic center and, where available, through home sample collection within our designated service areas.

Availability of home sample collection may vary depending on your location and operational feasibility.


2. Home Sample Collection

If you choose home sample collection:

  • Our trained sample collection professional will visit the address provided during booking.
  • Patients are requested to provide a complete and accurate address along with a reachable phone number.
  • Someone should be available at the collection address during the scheduled appointment.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

If our team is unable to collect the sample due to incorrect information or patient unavailability, the appointment may be rescheduled.


3. Laboratory Testing

Once the sample has been successfully collected, it will be processed by our laboratory according to standard diagnostic procedures.

The time required to complete testing depends on the type of laboratory test or health package selected.

Certain specialized tests may require additional processing time.


4. Report Delivery

After completion of testing, laboratory reports may be made available through one or more of the following methods:

  • Download from the website (where available)
  • Email to the registered email address
  • WhatsApp to the registered mobile number

Patients should ensure that the contact details provided during booking are accurate to avoid delays in report delivery.

If a laboratory report cannot be delivered through email or WhatsApp due to incorrect contact information or technical issues, patients may contact our support team for assistance.

Where applicable, reports may also be downloaded directly from the patient portal on our website.
